What your rate allows
Each rate carries its own cancellation window. The line on your confirmation is the one that applies.
Current hotel rate rules:
- Strict — Free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in.
- Moderate — Free cancellation up to 72 hours before check-in.
- Semi-Flexible — Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in.
- Fully Flexible — Free cancellation up to 24 hours before check-in.
- Non-Refundable — No refund on cancellation or modification.
How a refund is returned
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Timing depends on your bank or card issuer after the hotel releases the amount.
Date changes
Moving a stay is not the same as a cancellation. Ask the desk before arrival — they will follow the rule on your rate and what rooms are open.
